Guzzling alcohol as a way out of this world and into the next, but needing money to finish the job, Cable accepts employment at a dude ranch near the hole in the woods where he stays. Yet to continue living means he must finally take responsibility for his violent reaction after losing the two people in the world he loves the most. Cable is eventually forced to confront the gang once again, except now they're on his home turf and he now has help.
