They are stateless. They have no government, no army, and no way of building consensus. How will these tribeless sovereigns face an international invasion? This story shows how purposeful behaviour creates spontaneous order when individuals act to achieve their private goals.
Events unfold on planet Biliad when a message arrives from an alien species that quickly becomes known as the Tailless. Scientists begin to prepare a response, but powerful forces view this act as an existential threat, and are willing to do whatever it takes to prevent sending the response.
Biliad is a unique and thought-provoking world, it will challenge your preconceived ideas about war, peace, civilization, and the essence of social order. This story will invite you to think, reflect, and question the outcome of your social interactions.
