Three time-travelers - a plucky, recently widowed housewife; her life-long friend who the CIA used for simple tasks when on assignment for a fashion magazine; and a French secret service agent and master of Middle Eastern languages, are selected by nefarious CIA Deputy Chief Martin Cater, who used murderous actions to procure this hand-picked team for Operation Berkeley.
Their mission: travel back to 1971, UC Berkeley, to bring back proof of a treasonous, global manipulation plot assisted by a current-time presidential hopeful. The clandestine time-travelers share a dorm suite with their target Butch Morgan, the son of a powerful corrupt southern politician; his roommate, Prince Ali from the Middle Eastern country of Zatari, and an English Viscount. Dangers and love lurk around every corner, and a harrowing adventure begins for the time-travelers, especially Christina Pucci, who experiences perilous and life changing events in both the 20th and 21st centuries. None of their lives will ever be the same. Will they be able to succeed and get back home safely?
