I'm Daniel Stone, and this is my story. It's a journey that starts off in utter darkness and moves towards the light of redemption through Jesus Christ. Prior to meeting God, my life was one of hurt, chaos, and devastation. I wasn't merely lost. I was in a pattern of selfishness, shattered relationships, and deception. I continued to seek something to fill the void, but nothing succeeded. I hurt others and myself in the process, believing I was beyond saving.
But everything changed when God met me in the middle of my mess.
At my lowest moment, when I had nothing to lose, Jesus appeared. He didn't appear to judge me. He appeared to redeem me. He walked into the broken spaces of my heart and started fixing what I thought couldn't be fixed. He extended love, truth, and a brand-new life with purpose.
This is an unfiltered testimony of God's grace transforming me from hopelessness and shame to forgiveness and freedom. This isn't so much about forgiving me. It's about a transformation from the inside out. It's about releasing the lie we believe for the truth we are in Christ. On every page, you'll see the way that the grace of God rewrote my story and changed mine and potentially yours.
The Book of Daniel: How God Saved Me is the first book of the Awakened in Christ series, a four-part journey of the spirit that starts with redemption and then moves towards freedom, healing, and calling. This first installment focuses on the life-changing moment when a shattered heart is restored by the love of God.
