Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. William Bennett Monk Edwards (July 19, 1920 - May 19, 2009) was a former American football offensive lineman in the National Football League for the New York Giants. He played college football at Baylor University as a fullback from 1936 to 1939 and was drafted in the sixteenth round of the 1940 NFL Draft. American football is a sport played between two teams of eleven with the objective of scoring points by advancing the ball into the opposing team's end zone. Known in the United States simply as football, it may also be referred to informally as gridiron football.
