This charming gorilla book for children features a friendly three-year old gorilla named Big Sammy who has a hard time being still. Hand-drawn by the author, adults and children alike will enjoy the gentle message that even the friendliest of active kids need to learn the art of stillness. Heartwarming and exciting, follow the story of Big Sammy as he accidentally hurts one of his best friends -- what lesson will he learn? Will he apologize, even though he doesn't understand what he did wrong? And how can a joyous gorilla whose whole personality is about being energetic and fun ever learn to appreciate the art of settling down? GorillaBooks is a new series aimed to teach kids (and parents) how to negotiate the gray areas of childhood. Take Big Sammy home today and meet all his friends! The perfect book to read to your excitable and active child right before bed.
