The monograph describes the causes of biases in natural and artificial intelligence. The basis of biases is formed by the resources of natural intelligence. Through developers, biases are transferred to the semantics of artificial intelligence, the use of which has created precedents of violations of the principles of social justice and inclusive environment. These violations disadvantage people on ethnic, religious, and gender grounds. Companies are concerned about artificial intelligence bias as it can affect their performance and image. This is also true in the area of civil legal relations. Effective solutions are being sought to minimize the costs of AI bias.
