Synopsis: When Montana rancher Mariah Haynes discovers a mysterious patch of Sweet Water Grass(TM), her draft horses become smarter, calmer, and strangely aware. She calls in Dr. Jean Paul Kornig, a globe-traveled ethnopharmacologist, and his partner Amanda to uncover the truth. What they find could revolutionize equine therapy-and plant-based medicine for humans.
But powerful enemies close in fast. The Equine Livestock Strategic Consortium, backed by billion-dollar interests in horse slaughter and pharmaceuticals, will stop at nothing to destroy the research. From Montana pastures to Washington's coastal waters and the boardrooms of Europe, sabotage, espionage, and betrayal follow every step.
Whispers In The Grass is a high-stakes pharmaceutical thriller where science, suspense, and the timeless bond between humans and horses collide.
