Dear Readers,
In this book I share my learning experience which resulted in becoming HeartMath Certified Practitioner in the summer 2024. I have been studying relevant online courses and other materials since 2019 with excellent leaders, such as Deborah Rozman, Howard Martin, Rollin McCraty, Gregg Braden and Jorina Elbers. You might be interested in how Rozman and Braden tweak the same HeartMath exercise. Following, various details are included, hence you may have a wider perspective on the HeartMath experience. You will also find out in what ways I interact with clients in 1:1 sessions and group settings. Finally, I believe that it is important to appreciate both Heart and Brain.
