In THE INHERITANCE, Sean Miller was orphaned at eight, raised in foster care and came into one of the world s largest fortunes at eighteen upon the death of an uncle he never knew. Married before age twenty, he and his beautiful wife, Vanessa, produced fraternal twins - a boy and a girl - while still students at New York University. Instead of raising their children in Manhattan, Sean and Vanessa elected to live as a family on Sean s Caribbean island estate where the children would mix with other children from all walks of life and grow up learning English, Spanish and French. An idyllic existence, and for many years it was. When the Millers decided to send their son to an all boys school in Connecticut for junior and senior high school, everything began to change. SJ, the Millers young son, hated the idea of leaving his buds on the island which had always been his home, and vowed one day to get even with them for sending him away. Follow the Miller family as their small children grow into young adults. Will SJ eventually thank his parents for sending him to the boys academy, or is worse to come?
