While continuing to buy mining assets from companies in Ecuador's Amazon jungle, the new Chinese owners were adding refined cocaine production to their mineral processing plants. ORB concocts a plan to rid Ecuador of the Chinese involvement in the cocaine industry and return it to a state where the government can once again work with who they know best: the cartels, jungle farmers and Indigenous groups.
