When two giant airliners collide over Kansas City, aluminum and dead bodies shower the streets below.

Controller Kyle Matthews insists that the two aircraft were two thousand feet apart just seconds before. But when the FBI plays back a tape recording, they can clearly hear him issuing an order that probably caused the collision.
