This unique art coloring book for adults features the stunning art of Edgar Degas. Known best for his pastel paintings of dancers, Degas captured movement and energy with his colorful pastels.
This colorful coloring book now comes with lighter grayscale images for more flexibility in using coloring options such as gel pens or colored pencils. The original, 1st edition with dark grayscale images is still available on Amazon if you want a darker image for coloring with gel pens or special coloring mediums designed to work on black or dark paper.

- Full-color photograph of Edgar Degas's painting on the left.
- Black and white version of the painting on the right. Use the black and white (grayscale) image as a guide to color exactly as Degas or make it your own.
New! Lighter grayscale images for use with colored pencils and other coloring mediums
- Lightly color over the grayscale image to allow the shading to show which adds depth to your work. If you prefer, use markers, gel pens, or other opaque coloring mediums to cover the black and white photo completely.
- For dramatic emphasis, experiment with selectively coloring a focal point of the image and allow the rest of the black and white photo to show.
- This adult coloring book includes a brief biography of Edgar Degas
If you enjoy this book, please take a look at other adult coloring books by Sheila Dunn including Dangles and Gems, Famous Paintings, Love and Lighthouses and Art Coloring Book for Adults: Vincent van Gogh. My other art history books are available in the original and light grayscale options.
