Ant-ology: small stories. big impact.
An ant can carry many times its own weight. This anthology works the same way.
Ant-ology is a collection of poems, short stories, manga, comics, and original art created entirely by high school students - writers and artists who are proving, page after page, that you don't need decades of craft to say something that matters. What you'll find inside isn't polished into sameness. It's raw in places, funny in others, quietly devastating more than once. It's a snapshot of what it actually feels like to be a teenager right now: the small moments that don't make headlines but shape a life anyway.
Some pieces are personal. Some are pure invention. Some are drawn rather than written, because not every story fits neatly into sentences. Together, they form a collection that refuses to underestimate its own contributors, because the smallest voices, it turns out, can carry the most weight.
Ant-ology is for readers who want fiction and art that hasn't been filtered through age or expectation. It's for teachers looking for work their students can see themselves in. And it's for anyone who still remembers what it was like to have something to say and nowhere to put it; this book is where these students put it.
