Human dignity. Democratic equality. Productive capability. Accountable capitalism. Responsible government. Health security. Equal justice. No one left behind.
The book introduces provocative proposals including 25% Made Local in 10 Years, the Denial Economy, a Denial Tax for serious unjustified medical delays, American National Health Insurance, stronger progressive taxation, a National Wealth Responsibility Tax, and protections against using financial power to overwhelm ordinary citizens in the legal system. These ideas emerge directly from the book's broader arguments about productive capability, health insurance, wealth concentration, and legal equality.
At its heart are several simple principles:
The Citizen's Time Has Value.
The Greater the Reward, the Greater the Responsibility.
Wealth May Be Unequal. Citizenship Must Remain Equal.
One America. One Fundamental Health Guarantee.
Health Before Profit.
Americalism does not ask America to move further Left.
It does not ask America to move further Right.
It asks America to move:
FORWARD.
