I downloaded to my Kindle, the new novel by our own Agios Stefanos regular and Author Jim Hawkins it's called Almond and the deep blue sea ... I thoroughly enjoyed this Detective Thriller and as it's set here in Agios Stefanos it felt like an added bonus and very familiar. Couldn't put it down so I have to recommend it as a really good read... nice twist to the ending... Well worth a try - 5* (Tony Cox on Facebook)

Finished reading the book in San Stefanos last week Jim. Something a little different to what I would normally read and I loved it. Made even better by being able to visualise so many of the locations. Waiting for the next one now. (Diane13 on Sanstefanos.co.uk/smf)

His BBC play Thank You Comrades was nominated for a BAFTA Award. He adapted the Caribbean novel The Orchid House for Channel 4, and has published many science fiction novellas, most of which have been re-published in anthologies, and Amazon.
