Michael Herlache, MBA, is a seasoned entrepreneur, enterprise software sales leader, and investor with a deep passion for finance, technology, and personal development. A native of Streeterville, Chicago, Illinois, he earned his BBA in Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (2009), followed by an MBA from Texas A&M University (2010).
During undergraduate at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst while in Chicago, Michael interned with TantraLogic, a men's self-improvement organization, whereby he transformed from having nice guy syndrome into a social alpha male known as Hercustotle in the attraction & seduction community. As an integrated social alpha male, he self-actualized and helped pioneer the field of charisma science & lovelife architecture.Michael began his career in investment banking, co-founding AltQuest Group in 2009/2010, where he embarked on his journey in finance and deal-making. After marrying the love of his life, Svitlana, he transitioned into enterprise software sales, building a million-dollar career in the SaaS industry. His ability to blend financial acumen with high-level sales execution has positioned him as a leader in the field.
A millionaire investor in megacap tech and semiconductor stocks, Michael takes a strategic approach to wealth-building, leveraging long-term trends in high-growth sectors. His personal philosophy is deeply rooted in positive psychology, with a focus on positive neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) and daily workouts, ensuring peak mental and physical performance.
