This study assesses the acceptability and determinants of vaccination against COVID-19 in an urban-rural setting in the town of Kamina (DRC) based on a cross-sectional survey of 384 adults, showing low vaccination coverage (61.2% unvaccinated) and refusal linked mainly to mistrust, fear of side effects and misinformation, highlighting the need to strengthen health communication and trust in the health system.
