Imagine a future where people can be transported back in time as ghosts and are able to view history as it is happening. Such is the world of A Phantasm in Time. The story is set in the year 2072, where a company based on the moon, Advanced Technologies Unlimited (ATU), is testing the technology of the Phantasm Time Project at Macon International University in the United States. The story follows events in the life of Amanda O'Craine as she uses her time jumps to investigate the death of her grandfather, who was one of the founders of ATU. However, in her quest to find the truth behind his death, she is unaware of the gathering political storm surrounding the project and the forces aligning to stop her and the moon-beamers who run ATU. She receives help from an unlikely source, but is it enough for her and for those who are helping her to find out the truth behind her grandfather's death before a ruthless senator shuts down all ATU activities by any means necessary?
