In the future global warming, resource shortages and terrorism lead to a world governed by a master race of genetically engineered humans who keep themselves isolated from those they consider inferior behind The Wall.The master race comes to believe that the inferior race on the other side of The Wall is a threat to them, and Valdor, their leader, seeks to destroy them all.
