My name is Xavier Costella and a year ago I was the biggest, baddest Sergeant the Royal Engineers had ever had. I've seen so much crap even my demons have PTSD. Now, after the thing with the penguins I'm stuck on civvy street, in bloody London, in a relationship that's going nowhere.
And now, out of the blue James, whom I haven't seen for seventeen years called me and tells me Simon has died in what sounds like really suspicious circumstances. That means there's just the three of us in the Club now. James says he might have a job for me. One that will suit my skills down to the ground. He says it will get me out of London, way out of London...
Author's Notes A Minefield Full of Penguins was published back in 2018. This version is the refreshed, edited version. This novel contains bloody violence, dark humour, uncensored swashbuckling, erotic scenes, extreme innuendo and puns that will make your hair curl. Many of the characters aren't white and a few may be attracted to the same sex.
