Be careful in identifying the dynamics of conflicts and work to diffuse the flames of anger and strife. Know when to move forward and when to withdraw from a situation. Learn from the experiences that come into your life. This book will be in five sections covering Conflict, Emotions, Communication, Anger, and Problem Solving. These are the major elements, which affect our lives as we interact with one another.
