Mildew Scatterbrain, the scarecrow, was not known for his ability to think, though he sometimes had a lot to say, most of it confusing, even to himself. Two-Shot could only stand so much of it and had to give in eventually, but only when he saw how he could turn Mildew's foolish idea into something else that would benefit himself.
