This is the First Annual Report of the Union Colony of Colorado, published in 1871. It provides a detailed account of the colony's establishment, growth, and prospects in its first year. Founded by Nathan Meeker and promoted by Horace Greeley, the Union Colony, later to become the city of Greeley, was an experiment in cooperative community building and agricultural development in the American West.
