When the streets and roads are closed, skies are always open_ WalkerThis book of poems is Part 2 of the Lockdown Likes Poem Series under the title - Walker. It consists of Ten Chapters in total and poems are presented in three forms. They are; the Narrative Poems, Lyrical Poems and Dialogue based Poems. Each Narrative Poem further sub-divided into parts. All poem chapters and parts accompanied with illustrations painted using tranquil grey blue hues. Like a wavelength these poems has ups and downs, the sad times and the happy times. There are stories, songs, hymns, dialogues narrated in simple terms with words of self-care, belongs to any age or gender or anybody on a quest for good reads or life. It sings about the union, relationships, faiths, nature, the beautiful Indian river Cauvery, Goa beaches, Western Ghats, every day survival instincts and above all love, love and love. There are many ways to travel in a given situation and a purpose. Out of all, the healthiest means is by walk; on the roads, the streets, the mountains, the plains, the deserts and on the seashores. It allows you to think and observe on the way. Some walk for health, some to sell, some to reach a distant place, some for a break, some has no means or money so they take a walk instead of taking a mass transportations and some walk into the lives of others; out of the blue. Walking in a circular fashion in a room makes people faint while at the same time walking around a circular track on the athletic ground gives energy. Every time we travel, we go with some purpose in mind. However, mind doesn't stop there. It takes stock of images on the way; the good, the not-so-good and everything. Different mind gets influenced by different things; some with good, some with not-so-good and some with other kinds. Most of these images they fade in time, but there are some, they are forever etched in our hearts. This book is bound with such imagery with verses of self-care
