Zippy's Speedy Spirit!
A Thunder Valley Tales Story
Small trucks can have big hearts-and even bigger courage!
Zippy is the smallest, zippiest little truck in Thunder Valley, and he loves zooming down dusty roads with a big grin on his face. But when a crew of big, growling trucks tease him at the town parade and tell him he's too little to matter, Zippy's confidence comes to a screeching halt.
Feeling small and forgotten, Zippy parks himself under a tree, ready to give up on adventure altogether-until his kind friend Max reminds him of something important: being different doesn't mean being less.
Then a tricky, narrow tunnel stumps every big truck in the valley... except one. Suddenly, the very thing that made Zippy feel too small becomes the thing that saves the day!
A heartwarming story about:
- Believing in yourself, no matter your size
- Turning bullies into friends through kindness
- Discovering that everyone has something special to offer
- The joy of true friendship and teamwork
With bright, expressive illustrations and rhyming, read-aloud text, Zippy's Speedy Spirit! is perfect for bedtime, storytime, or anytime your little one needs a boost of confidence. Three Further Discussion questions at the end make it a wonderful springboard for talking about kindness, forgiveness, and self-esteem with your child.
Perfect for:
- Truck-loving toddlers and preschoolers (ages 3-7)
- Kids learning about confidence, kindness, and inclusion
- Parents looking for a sweet bedtime story with a meaningful message
- Fans of monster trucks, cars, and vehicles who want a story with heart
