My book has four chapters: the hurting, the healing, the happy, and me and my god. My different chapters are the different stages of my mental instability and finding my happiness. I want others to read my poetry and see that they are not alone. That it does get better. I also want those who don't struggle with the same problems as I to hear able to understand what we are going through.
