Yellow Barn Estate features an 8,000 square foot post and beam frame barn built by the owner, Richard Dick Jorgensen over the course of nine years from timber collected from our private forest land and milled on site.

The estate features five bedrooms, all with full bathrooms, a great hall, dining room, full kitchen, living room with entertainment center, front porch, and a screened-in patio along with two open decks including one with an open fire pit. Our 27 acres of land border State-owned forest and includes a large open back lawn for events, weddings, and outdoor games. This is a unique property near the Greek Peak ski resort and everything the Ithaca, NY region has to offer including hiking, sailing, rafting, gorges and NY's finest wine country.
