Instead of inculcating them with the techniques of honest, self-reliant fishing, politicians give them fish instead... Conceiving of youth up to the age of 79 means excluding young people from any decision-making process... the old, arrogating their places to themselves, continue to act in their name... Hasn't Africa regressed in terms of empowering young people from the time when, in the 1960s, ministers were aged between 27 and 30? Of course, but we have to understand that the old have more experience... We can't say that all of a sudden, the old are conceding all the places to the young... But the young, in a war situation, are of inestimable determination and ineffable commitment, in addition to being defenders are saviors deserving of the nation's homage. By contributing in this way to the fight against insecurity, they are showing themselves to be citizens and participating in the advent of an emerging Africa... Let us decree...: a national day of the flag, the motto, the national anthem, patriotism and sacrifice for the nation.
