The human race has changed significantly since the year 5078, and the new calendar is now known as 2430. Around the year 2600, the sun began to grow larger, causing a mass toll with a huge amount of radiation. A group of people discovered protein extracted from insects, which protected the human body from radiation waves. The arctic ice melted and the water became more powerful than ever, covering 98% of the Earth. These were not very happy times for the people, as the only livable places were the top mountain hills. The lifeline now is nearly 500 years and above, and many people become upset with the idea of living in closed cities without leaving them. The group of Elders, as they called themselves, provides the protein to humankind. The Elders have to build insect farms to synthesize protein, but the Earth is low populated due to the great toll of the virus. To control the population, they launch a virus every 300 years to slow it down. The Elders hold the viruses, operate with them, and sell the vaccine. Those who are lucky receive a vaccine, those who are rich buy it on the black market, and the rest have no chance against it. There is a big offering to be presented upon the fact that humans have to handle planned epidemics of viruses
