This manual is a compilation of 4 original factory publications making it possibly the most comprehensive manual ever published for the 1971 to 1977 Suzuki GT750 Series. The 4 factory publications included are as follows:
1) GT750 Engine Manual This manual includes comprehensive general data information, and covers the overhaul and maintenance of the major mechanical items including the engine, clutch, transmission, lubricating system, cooling system, fuel system, exhaust system, engine electrical system plus engine tune-up procedures. (100 pages, published July 1972). 2) GT750 Service Guide While there is some duplication of the information found in the Engine Manual above, the Service Guide provides additional adjustment, maintenance, repair and overhaul information for those mechanical items not included in the Engine Workshop Manual (36 pages, published November 1971).3) GT750 Supplemental Disc Brake Manual This manual includes repair and maintenance information for the 1973 GT750K and later models equipped with a front disc brake. This information is not included in either the Engine Manual or the Service Guide (26 pages, published September 1974).4) GT750 Supplemental Carburetor Manual This manual includes repair and maintenance information for the 1974 GT750L and later models equipped with the Mikuni BS40 Type Carburetor. This information is not included in either the Engine Manual or the Service Guide (18 page extract, published February 1974).Also, please note that the text in these original Suzuki manuals was translated from Japanese into English. Consequently, some of the phrasing, grammar, punctuation and word usage may be subtly different from that commonly used in the English language.
