Words for Today is a collection of sixty individual poems, each with its own applicable message, that, taken together, present a book of inspirations and heartfelt encouragement from one person living the Christian life to and for another. Dr. Earl Stewart, Jr., a physician by formal training who also authored Precious Memories: Reflections for Christian Living, takes the quiet thoughts and pinings of the everyday Christian, sets them to poetic verse, and the skies crack open, the sun shines gingerly over the waters of our lives, and we are inspired always. This book would be an excellent accompaniment to your everyday quiet times, an added blessing to your personal devotions, and is just for anyone who is seeking a profoundly inspirational book of poetry.
