Woofulous Willow is about a four-legged heroine who rescues the hearts of a family in need. Willow gives a breath of fresh air to the classic canine known as Lassie. The story is based on true events and was created for children. During COVID I was on the search for the perfect canine companion and I knew exactly what I was looking for. Or did I? I found a woman who had a litter of Rough Collie pups and I drove 3 hours to meet a tri-color male collie pup named Blaze, however, Blaze had no interest in me whatsoever. Oddly, none of the puppies showed interest in me, except one tiny sable female collie pup named Lilly whom my daughter named Willow. She wouldn't leave me alone and by that I mean, she nearly had my pants pulled down as she wouldn't stop biting and tugging at them unless I picked her up. She and I had a quick bond and to this very day, we are inseparable, lol. She knows when I'm happy, mad, and sad and she will steal the food off my plate in a hot second. There is a follow-up book to this and it is called, Willow Eats Everything because, well, she eats everything. This book will come out in late December or early January and it is hilarious because it's true. The number one question I get asked is how is she still alive and my response is by the grace of God and my own sanity. I hope Willow can bring a smile to your child's face as they embark on this high paced furry funny high-strung insanity of a dog book. The 3rd book Willow Goes Everywhere will debut in March 2023 only to be followed by the introduction of Willow's docile yet clumsy brother Tucker in Willow meets Tucker.
