With God, Without God is a compilation of the author's random thoughts, opinions and beliefs with his Christian faith as his basis. In sharing his ruminations it is his hope not only to stir awareness of God in his readers (not in a heavy theological sense) but also to understand and have compassion for those who lack that awareness. This book conveys strong opinions and may appear too judgmental to some. The book likewise reflects the author's sentiment that the world has become increasingly secular and that politics, science, social media, news media and today's fast-advancing technology have stymied what faint inclination society has left to even entertain the notion of a Deity. This short read highlights some disturbing claims but likewise recognizes hope for a brighter future.
