As a young woman growing up on the south side of Chicago, Sybil had been aptly rewarded and terribly chastised at times for sharing her knowledge about a subject. But the need to share was so strong that it drove her to put pencil to paper, sometimes as therapy, as a form or release from being stifled to express her true feelings and observations at other times.

Even as Dr. Ingram evolved over the years with countless accolades and accomplishments to her name, the chastisement arrow still finds her from time to time. Armed with wit, competence, and confidence, Dr. Ingram is now free to professionally respond with sugar-tipped or poison-tipped arrows electronically.
