Who Controls Our Nation's Federal Policies-and Why? by Colonel Curtis B. Dall presents a strongly anti-internationalist and anti-Communist critique of American federal policy, arguing that financial interests, international organizations, and what the author describes as special interests have exercised undue influence over the U.S. government. Originally delivered as an address before the Military Order of the World Wars in Washington, D.C., on May 10, 1973, the work examines the Federal Reserve System, national debt, international banking, U.S. foreign policy, the United Nations, communism, and the expansion of centralized government. Dall argues that monetary and political power has increasingly been removed from constitutional institutions and placed in the hands of financial and international networks, while criticizing U.S. involvement in World Wars I and II, international organizations, and what he regards as movements toward world government. The pamphlet also contains extensive antisemitic conspiracy claims concerning Jewish people and alleged Jewish control of banking, government, education, communications, and religion; these claims are presented as the author's interpretation and are not a neutral historical account. The closing section, The Essence of Christian Liberty Is No Accident, emphasizes the author's view that American constitutional government was historically rooted in Christianity and calls for the restoration of constitutional and Christian principles.
