Mark T. Whitten opens a new door to antique subjects, and fashions nostalgia out of popular themes, combining them with a cornucopia of unique style and rhythm. His words, rugged and tender, display the heart of both a broken and healed soul. With verse ranging from Haiku to Little Epic, Mark helps to restore the soul of poetry, rescuing it from its cruel, political masters. He writes with conviction, humor, and charm, expressing both ethereal daydreams and brutal reality. Where the Wind Comes From is an anthology collected from twenty years of bruising, encounters with creation, faith, trials, triumphs and happy, heart moments. Masculine beauty, for the masculine soul. Rediscover the joy of poetry as Mark takes you into both interior work and play.
