This collection is a deeply personal anthology of poetry, short stories, and reflective prose crafted during Tina Steiner's journey to becoming a teacher consultant with the Central Texas and National Writing Projects. Written both during and after her training, these pieces offer a window into her life-from the challenges of her youth to her present-day experiences as an educator, gardener, and community advocate. Through vivid storytelling and lyrical expression, Steiner invites readers into moments of struggle, resilience, and growth, illuminating the transformational power of writing and the enduring impact of sharing one's voice.
