It then moves on to his writings, which are divided into five sections. The first section includes his prayers and devotions, which reveal his deep love for God and his desire to live a holy life. The second section includes his sermons and teachings, which focus on the importance of humility, compassion, and simplicity. The third section includes his letters to fellow friars, in which he offers guidance and encouragement to those who are striving to live a life of poverty and service. The fourth section includes his rules for the Franciscan order, which outline the principles and practices that he believed were essential for a life of devotion and service. The final section includes his poetry, including his famous Canticle of the Sun, which celebrates the beauty and goodness of God's creation.
