Wonders of the Invisible World is a historical account written by Cotton Mather, documenting the infamous witch trials that occurred in New England during the 17th century. The book details the trials and executions of several individuals who were accused of practicing witchcraft and consorting with the devil. Mather, a Puritan minister, believed that the devil was actively working in the world and that it was the duty of Christians to root out and punish those who were in league with him.
