Wojciech Jerzy Has (1 April 1925, Krak w - 3 October 2000, d, Poland) was a Polish-Jewish film director, screenwriter and producer.During the wartime German occupation of Poland, Has studied at the Krak w Business and Commerce College and later clandestine underground classes at the Krak w Academy of Fine Arts - until it was disbanded in 1943. When the war ended, he went on to study at the reconstituted Academy of Fine Arts in Krak w.
