Puberty bites for Mick whose grotesque appearance attracts constant harassment of her peers. Unlike girls her age: Mick's maturing into a Werewolf. Before Mick was born, her father, Chief Boyle barely survived a grueling wolf attack. White Witches performed magic secrets passed through generations in their family in order to save the town's hero from becoming part of a supernatural pack of werewolves. Moon's later the bloodthirsty hounds were vengeful. Led by a vicious alpha she-wolf, Hagatha they will stop at nothing to claim Mick for their own. When hot wax and braces don't fix their daughter's plight, Mick's parents realize the past has come back to grit it's teeth at them. The Boyle's enlist the help of their magical friends in hopes to undo the curse Mick unknowingly inherited. Mick is quirky and courageous. Her swan story is supernaturally entertaining. Inexplicable events that happen to her prove that the odds just may be against her and she may need magic or a miracle to help her along this hairy adventure. Witch Wolf? The Curse is the first novel in the young-adult, fictional series Witch Wolf? It has been mentioned in both The Times News and Jim Thorpe Today. Witch Wolf? is set in and around Jim Thorpe, recently voted #4 on Budget Travel's list of America's Coolest Small Towns. It's an extraordinary tale of rising above everyone and everything that could possibly stand in one's way of growing up, normal. With the spotlight on bullying, the publication and sale of this novel will result in a portion of the proceeds donated to the education of the effects on bullying in local schools.
