Set in the year 2052, the story begins with a 350 year old warlock on a quest to find the only witch that can undo an evil curse he has endured since 1692. Never mind that said witch doesn't know she is a witch. Further complicating matters, she later discovers that her best friend is an alien, albeit a human alien.
Our young witch - the one who doesn't know she's a witch - is kidnapped, setting off a series of humorous events as her alarmed friends and family initiates a search, unaware she is having the time of her life.
The second half of the novel has our young witch reunited with family and friends, only to find herself at the center of a kerfuffle sparked by the arrival of a starship. Suddenly, the story becomes a sorting out of who is actually who and what - exactly, is going on. Twists and turns abound as these unique characters head toward their intertwined destinies.
