The Wisdom of God Manifested in the Works of the Creation: In Two Parts is a book written by John Ray in 1727. The book is a treatise on natural theology, which explores the idea that the natural world is a manifestation of God's wisdom. The book is divided into two parts, with the first part discussing the general principles of natural theology, and the second part exploring specific examples of God's wisdom in nature. Throughout the book, Ray draws on his extensive knowledge of natural history and his observations of the natural world to argue that the complexity and beauty of nature are evidence of God's existence and benevolence. The book was highly influential in its time and is still considered a classic work of natural theology today. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
