William Henderson was my maternal great grandfather. This book is the result of my years of genealogical investigations into the history of my Henderson family. It's not a remarkable family, but it was tied strongly into the historical fabric of hand loom and steam loom weaving in Ayrshire and Paisley. I've included stories, obituary notices, and historical context. A number of very old family photos are reproduced at the end of the book.
