When it feels like your most intimate relationship has been taken away from you, how do you go on? After 33 years of marriage to singer songwriter Dan Seals, Andi Seals found herself standing at the edge of an unimaginable loss. The man whose voice filled concert halls, and whose songs became the soundtrack of countless lives, but most importantly, the man who she fell in love with long before his fame, and who she just called Danny, was no longer by her side. Yet as the years unfolded, Andi discovered something unexpected: The relationship does not have to end. Its continuation is not only possible, it's waiting for you. In this deeply moving memoir, award-winning artist and author Andi Seals shares her journey of marriage, grief, faith, creativity, and healing. Through beautifully woven stories, reflections, paintings, and spiritual insights, she shares the life she and Danny built together - the laughter, the challenges, the ordinary moments that became sacred - and the remarkable lessons that emerged after his passing. From childhood experiences that shaped her understanding of loss, to life on the road with one of country and pop music's most beloved voices, to the quiet discoveries that came in the years after goodbye, The Width of Heaven explores what it means to continue living while still missing what used to be. For anyone who has loved and grieved deeply, or wondered whether our connections transcend this physical world, this memoir offers comfort, wisdom, and hope. The Width of Heaven coincides with the debut of a unique album of duets entitled Dan Seals and Friends. It features his hit songs, combining his distinctive voice with various musical artists.
