This is a must-read book based on personal experience, studies and experienced from counseling others. If you have been or are currently going through oppressions, traumas, abuses and tragedies or you are suffering emotionally then this book is a tool that you need.
Every human being is a tripartite, meaning we have three parts: spirit, soul, and body. The spirit gives life to the person; the soul is the emotion, will, intellect, imagination, etc. When people go through traumas, tragedies, abuses and so forth, it affects the soul, and the soul can fragment. The soul and spirit are invisible hence, no physician can heal someone who is grieving for the loss of a loved one. People grieve differently, depending on their emotional stability. Sometimes individuals may develop a form of disease or illness which may include heart disease, blood pressure, depression, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, among others caused by the trauma or abuse that they have gone through.
Whenever they visit the physicians, they are treated from the surface level without going to the root cause that resulted in the soul or heart fragmentation. The human heart is related to the spirit. The spirit can break; that is not often as common as the soul. People can die instantly, whenever their heart breaks.
This book teaches some of the causes of soul fragmentations, such as our own sins or the sins of others that may be passed on to us. Traumas can come in naturally or man-made like wars, etc. Some can be demonic oppression or possessions. This book teaches you how to become freed irrespective of the cause of the soul fragmentation, and how to maintain your freedom. Several Medical Experts have been recommending people suffering from depressions, stresses, etc. to change the way they think because the medications are not the best solutions. This book is an eyeopener filled with information vital to one's personal well-being.
