While There Is Wind, There Is Feeling follows the journey of Tomás, a young man from a village who sets out in search of himself in a world where love, loss, and inner discovery are deeply intertwined.

From an early age, Tomás feels he doesn't fully belong to the reality around him. He grows up with the ambition that one day he will set out to find his place in the world. In his adolescence, he begins to understand the complexity of his identity and finds in writing a haven, a space where he can be whole.

Moving to the city brings him a breeze of freedom. There, among new friendships and experiences, he learns to accept himself and discovers he is not alone in his quest for a purposeful life. The unexpected death of his mother leaves a profound mark on his existence, plunging him into grief that forces him to rethink what it truly means to live.
