I wasn't sure what to expect when I started reading this with my kids (4 & 1), but they both stayed engaged the whole time! The 4 year old asked great questions and was emotionally invested in the story. It's simple, informative, and well laid out.
Very cute putting it in terms that children can understand with a bakery. My oldest daughter really liked it.
My daughter understands numbers enough to get that less stuff being produced means higher prices. The drawings are good and the message is simple. Recommended.
The illustrations were simple and followed the story well. My girls will definitely ask for this again. This would be a perfect addition to any family's learning library.
