High atop a forgotten Appalachian mountain, Walnut Lodge once welcomed silent film stars, railroad tycoons, politicians, and the wealthy elite into a world of champagne, music, and impossible luxury. Then, in 1930, disaster struck. An overloaded elevator plunged into the basement boiler room, triggering a catastrophic explosion that erased the grand estate from existence.

After a devastating breakup, Tyler Mercer retreats into the mountains searching for solitude and clarity. Instead, he stumbles upon Walnut Lodge, somehow alive and untouched by time. Inside its glittering ballroom, masked guests dance beneath chandeliers while vintage jazz echoes through endless halls. The champagne flows freely, the party never ends, and the staff greet every visitor with unsettling hospitality.
But something is terribly wrong.
The guests never leave. The clocks move backward. The same songs repeat endlessly through the night. And always watching from the shadows stands the Bellboy, a smiling figure who seems less like an employee and more like the Lodge itself given human form.
When Tyler escapes the mountain alive, the nightmare follows him home.
Hallways begin changing around him. Strange music drifts through his apartment walls. Impossible phone calls arrive from a hotel that burned to ashes nearly a century ago. As reality slowly transforms into something older, darker, and hungry, Tyler realizes the Lodge is not merely haunted.
